The development of powertrain mounting system with good vibration isolation performance is one of important methods to decrease noise in vehicle,level up comfortibility and vehicle performance,which is hot research topic around world auto development.But in China,it is still weak.The manufactories in China mostly use the method of imitation because of lack of basic research into the theory of mounting isolation and design methods.It leads to bad vibration isolation performance,unsatisfied noise in vehicle and bad comfortibility,which are in common referring to vehicles produced by China manufactories.After finding and scaning many papers,this paper elaborates on the history of powertrain mounting system development in the world,the design pricinples and requirements of ADAMS software,the theory and principle of optimization of mounting system,and collect the experiment data and technology info about engine mounting system.Then this paper builds the visual vehicle engine model in ADAMS software,and analyze the performance of mounting system in the time and frequency domain using the visual model.At last optimize 3-way stiffness of monting system with the target of delivery ratio.From the result of optimization, the analysis is sucessful.
