| It is important to calculate landscape value correctly for the system of national account., measuring landscape product level and economic benefit, evaluating landscape scale, making decision for landscape development, and reflecting landscape importance in the national economic system.. Since the study on calculation and analysis of landscape value has not been paid much more attention in the last years.There are some problems existed in landscape value calculation, such as, the extension of landscape is not comprehensive, the method of calculation is not in reason, the practical application and analysis is not enough. As the result, the calculation on landscape value cannot reflect the real development and the contribution made by park. After review domestic and overseas studies correlatively, the study has discussed the problems about the extension and sort of garden, the conception and theory of landscape value. Then , the study designed the calculation method and practical application, to improve and found a system of landscape value calculation adjusted to Beijing. |
