The landslide disaster is quite serious in our country, and its factors are varied. Through the investigation, we find the instability of cutting slope often occurs during the rainy season, in earthquake and some abnormal states. Therefore, studying the landslide mechanism under the abnormal states, choosing appropriately slide-resistant project and protection, we can gain considerable economic efficiency and the social efficiency under the condition of stabled foundation, and the least harassment to environment. The paper bases on this background, depends on the entity project, and studies the stability rule and the force mechanics response under the rainfall and the seismic motion.In the research, we have summed up the varied measure and suitable engineering of protecting and reinforcing on current cutting slope, targeted at the most represent slide-resistant pile cutting slope and anchored sheet pile wall cutting slope. After fully gasping the calculating theory of slide-resistant pile and anchored sheet pile wall design, we used the numerical analysis to study the unstable vadose zone change rule of slope in raining, and get the relationship among duration of rainfall, rainfall discharge, rain intensity, soil permeability, groundmass suction, and slope stability. Based on dynamic time-history method, we used finite element analysis (FEA), and analyzed slope displacement, stress strain and stability changing rule. Coupling the ultimate condition of raining and earthquake, we had an analysis of the response features and instability mechanism of the correspondence slope.Using the conclusion obtained from the former study to practice, analyzing the major effect factor in Shuhongling landslide,Songjiapo landslide,Changjin freeway landslide section of K493+280~K493+650 and Tonghuang freeway landslide, we proposed the best slide-resistant project, appraised the effect, checked the reasonability and feasibility of design plan.Through preliminary discussion of the paper, we hope it can provides certain reference, design and construction for slide-resistant and protection engineering of freeway cutting slope, realize prevention and reduce natural disaster.
