The stability of deep cutting slope is the function important condition guarantee in roadbed completes, is also the main contents of the roadbed design. On the construction of high grade highway in mountain area, it is inevitably to encounter many deep cutting slope. The failure of deep cutting slope resulted in the highway construction and maintenance cost during the massive manpower and the financial resource for treatment, it’s also hinder the traffic in the service period, caused huge losses to the country and people’s economy, while destroying the environment and ecological balance. In the slope, there are many measures can be selected, anti-slide pile with anchor cable in landslide project is one of the most widely adopted new retaining structure, however, this design and calculating method is still a subject needing deep study, this technique is developed on the basis of in the anti-slide pile. Compared with the ordinary anti-slide piles, the stress state is more reasonable. In this paper, the stability of deep cut slope with anchor cable anti-slide pile reinforcement is analyzed, the main research contents are as follows:(1) On the analyze of factors of slope stability influence with four internal factors including slope structure surface, slope soil property, environment and slope scale morphological effects of and four external factors including new tectonic movement, weathering, weather and climate and human activities in the slope of the different failure modes, and analysis the characteristics of instability in the deep cutting slope;(2) Research the cutting deformation reason, it’s needs to take into account the effect of the fissure arc method to checking, the rest of the use of simplified Bishop method, while the reinforcement of slope limit equilibrium method, strength reduction FEM study, at the same time, using finite element analysis software simulation, on the change of shear strength, slope soil bulk density, slope height and the slope angle, on the slope stability safety coefficient, produced5factors and4levels orthogonal design table test calculation, main effect factors were obtained for slope angle and the angle of internal friction, the other for the secondary influence factors;(3) Introduction of anti-slide pile in slope design method briefly, the limit equilibrium method using for slope reinforcement are studied, through orthogonal test for the slope engineering design to provide valid data and the way; at the same time provides anti-slide piles with prestressed anchor cables design method, for the design and calculation for anti-slide pile by the model provided a basis; optimization and algorithm to optimize two aspects of anti slide pile with prestressed anchor cable design, puts forward the design of the objective function, and the use of iterative method, to calculate the optimal solutions, to ensure that the slope treatment engineering safety and economy.(4) Selection of Chongqing Yu Xiang highway Youyang to Qianjiang landslide governance as an engineering case with software on the deformation failure mechanism was analyzed research governance, puts forward the corresponding measures of improvement, results from the monitoring of treatment effect, and verifies the theory to explore the reasonable and feasible.
