Bridge construction machine is a kind of special machine to suspend the prefabrication concrete girder to the pier, and it play an important role in building bridges. However, development's tendency for the bridge construction machine is toward large tonnage and span, and whether the application of the bridge construction machine will be limited is a realist subject. Because bridge construction machine faces complex working and loading situation, we can only make the simplified analysis to the girder by the conventional method, and it is difficult to know the stress condition of the girder. Using finite element method to analyze the girder, we can carry out the theoretical analysis and the numerical simulation for the different working situation of the girder, and obtain accurate stress and displacement and its distribution at any position. This paper gives a good suggestion that we can use finite element method to analyze bridge construction machine. And we can get a feasible improved project from a large number of analysis and calculation in designing stage so as to shorten the design cycle and improve work efficiency and decrease costs.With the object of the bridge construction machine with Bei-lei truss girder and based on finite element analysis, and using ANSYS as analysis software,this paper has analyzed the bridge construction machine with Bei-lei truss girder. The works have been done as follows:(1) To carry out statics analysis for the model which span 25,30,40,50-meters concrete girder under five typical working conditions which consist of cantalever, transporting concrete girder (including 3 kinds of working condition) and transporting marginal concrete girder. To check out the strength and stiffness for the girder; And to get accurate stress and displacement and its distribution situation at any position. To investigate whether the bridge construction machine can suspend 40-meter girder and analyze the influence factor.(2) To carry out the modality analysis and the humorous response analysis for the girder which span 25-meters concrete girder by ANSYS so as to find the model's nature frequency and vibration-shape, to validate resonating response of bridge construction machine, and to gain reliable analysis parameter.This paper carried out the modeling and the numerical simulation for the four kinds bridge construction machine by ANSYS. And obtained the reliable analysis result which can be science gist for the designing and optimization of the bridge construction machine. |
