Vibrating screen is used in coal preparation plant at various levels of critical screeningequipment. Linear vibrating screen with dehydration, sculping off the mud and screeningeffects, etc., is the most widely used screening products. Countries in the development of themining industry, the construction project of large-scale ore dressing plant, coal dressing plantand quarry constantly increases for technical management more convenient and improving theoverall economic benefits. But at present the domestically produced large-scale straight lineshaker service life and the non-breakdown running time is opposite in the overseas productalso has the quite big disparity. Therefore, the development needs of large shaker increasinglyurgent. Researching, designing and manufacturing of the large linear vibration screenbecomes a very important issue.This article takes3661banana shape straight line shaker as the object to study. Thedomestically produced shaker easy to appear crossbeam break, service life relative short andso on questions, embarks from the statics and the dynamics two kind of different angles,conducts the analysis research using the ABAQUS software to this shaker.The thesis designs and selects the parameter of the shaker, applying Pro/E software athree dimensional model, then imports the ABAQUS software for static and dynamic analysis.Key parts to the screen such as vibrator beam, beam modal analysis and structural integrity ofthe shaker to determine the natural frequency is much greater than the operating frequency,and has no resonance in the work; Has obtained the shaker exciting force along with the timevariation curve graph in the work process,using the MATLAB software. Exerting the excitingforce to the overall construction of the shaker,then inputs ABAQUS to carry on the harmonicanalysis it. Studying on the analysis of the results, determined whether the shaker structure reasonable and gets its structure optimal design.
