China is very mountainous country, especially in the west district where distribute many ravines. So when built high way in west district for the restrict of terein,physiognomy and geology, construct long-span skew continuous bridges will be very common. However, in the mountainous district, for restricts of construction yard and transport condition, so the incremental launching method is a competitive construction method. But the analysis theory of skew bridge is not mature, the experience of constructing skew bridge with incremental launching method is limit, and the key technology of construction skew bridge with incremental launching method is questing. So it's necessary to systemic study the construction skew bridge method with incremental launching method.The content of this paper is a part of the Traffic western issues, which was named the study of long-span skew continuous girder bridges by incremental launching method and construction control technology (2004 BZ11). Using solid modeling methods, a secondary development procedure of skew continuous bridge incremental launching method was programmed based on the ANSYS platform .And it was on the basis of plane procedure ILMP of skew continuous girder bridges construction simulation analysis, and also took the skewness, the prestress and the impact of the nose girder on incremental launching into account. The procedure integrated the ANSYS analysis software of spatial structure and VC++6.0 organically, and it realized the function of detailed analysis of the stress on the key state for incremental launching construction, and also improved the function of the plane procedures ILMP of incremental launching construction simulation analysis.Using the secondary development of procedures, Zhangjiajie Lishui River Bridge (8×50m, skewness of 70 degrees) was taken simulation and analysis to the largest negative moment condition and the positive moment condition, which is the key state of the incremental launching construction, and the detail conditions of stress can be obtained. Comparing with the measured stress value at the scene, it verified the reliability of the process.Zhangjiajie Lishui River Bridge is a skew continuous bridge. For study the space stress of the girder, the paper build the test modle, vertified the method feasibility by finit element method to analysis the space stress by compared with the test data. The built the level bridge, skew bridge and three prestressed model of Lishui bridge by second develop procedure. By compared with every parameterize model analysis result, study the affect of the cross slope, skew degree, longitude prestressed, cross prestressed and vertical prestressed to space stress.
