Study Of Key Technology On High-speed Railway Curve Continuous Bridge Construction By Incremental Launching

With the rapid development of high speed railway,bridge construction quantity increasing,the obstacles such as crossing the road construction of railway Bridges,incremental launching construction method is a good choice.Although incremental launching construction technology has been relatively mature,but there are still many details need to pay attention to in the construction process,and incremental launching technology still has to improve,room for improvement.Bridge incremental launching construction situation and existing problems,the author of this paper,the prestressed concrete continuous girder with qing rong inter-city railway curve incremental launching construction as the background,the curve of high speed railway prestressed concrete continuous girder pusher type guide girder,temporary support structure and horizontal connection,incremental launching device,girder body direction to research some key technologies such as curve.Use of the space finite element analysis software Midas modeling and analysis calculation,to control the reaction force,make the reasonable load-bearing beam body.Adopting reasonable construction technology,through necessary monitoring of incremental launching,timely and the problems existing in the construction of early warning and correction,to ensure smooth,incremental launching the construction safety,so as to solve the problem of interference between construction and operation.
