As the rapid development of the expressway construction in China, the subgrade durability has became the key factor in expressway quality. The nature of different filler and the impact of roadbed construction technology are important factors in durability, and the research on durability of the current construction of the highway roadbed is not yet ripe, imperfect. In view of this, under the principle of considering the local conditions and reasonable economic condition,determining the technology of the durability in different fillers of highway construction is very necessary according to the different geological environment and fillers for expressway.In this paper, the durability evaluation Research and evaluation theory at home and abroad are elaborated, It is showed that in practice it is difficult to keep control of compaction, and the theory of the durability evaluation can not be used to guide the construction, so it brings dangers to the overall stability and durability of the highway roadbed.For the above reasons, this paper takes the Zhengzhou-Shiren mountain expressway projects as the background, through the construction of the test section, it developed the construction technology research and studyof the durability of the roadbed.First,by using of the FLAC to create numerical analysis model , it analyses the changes of the pore water pressure and the settlement in relation to the time changes. When the roadbed consolidates, the ultra-hydrostatic pressure gradually dissipates, effective stress increases, which lead to the increasing of settlement, therefore, monitoring the pore water pressure is very necessary.Second, through using the ANSYS method to analyse the deflection indicator of different fillers roadbed in controlling the durability, it reveals that the deflection of the roadbed is the same important to stability and durability. Later, on basis of this the new evaluate indicator the of durability is proposed-monitoring the deflection of roadbed, pore water pressure, the settlement amount. And through the promotion of new indicators in Zheng-Shi expressway, it is confirmed that the new control indicators' positive role to control the embankment stability and durability.However, the relationship between the degree of compaction of the roadbed basement and the roadbed the settlement, the water content and pore water pressureand quality control standards of the different fillers roadbed construction remains to be further improved and more in-depth study.
