| In water conservancy, all kinds of hydraulic structures often use"horizontal soleplate"or"broken line soleplate"as the basis of the structure. Large block of the pumping station is a complex spatial structure.The general soleplate of the pumping station with blocks is often adopted broken line soleplate. As the structure of the broken line soleplate is complex,the engineering designers often use "cut-off of the law" that the flow is along the direction of the width of the soleplate interception units to simplify the calculation based on beam. The calculation method has many shortcomings. For the pumping station of large blocks,the right analysis of the pressure under the broken line soleplate could make the soleplate more actual in calculations,also make the engineering design balance on the security and the economy.Main works in this dissertation are as follows:1)The article analyses the structure of the pumping station of large blocks and the soleplate. The results show the method of calculating in the pumping station design specifications. Xietai's broken line soleplate adopts the simplified calculation of the horizontal soleplate.2)Combining the project of"two-way load stress testing analysis of soil water pumping station"in Xuzhou of south to north water transfer project,the article discusses testing and research programmes,equipment selection,planting and the protection about test equipment. we took a number of tests to understand the pressure law under the broken line floor on the period of the construction and the ending construction.3)The article discusses three aspects as a system which are the results of live test and the analysis of Plaxis,the theoretical calculations on engineering.4)The article sets up a numerical model through Plaxis on the distribution of the pressure broken line soleplate and analyses many important factors which impact the distribution of the pressure under the broken line soleplate such as the floor stiffness,the upper loading,the geological conditions and the angle of the both sides of the soleplate. The research and analysis on the distribution of the pressure about the broken line soleplate of the pumping station with blocks has great value in some extent.The research and analysis should be more systematic and draws some theoretical conclusion which are usefull in promoting the use of broken line soleplate while designing the pumping station. |
