With the development of distribution distribution networks and social and economic development,higher requirements have been put on the stability of power supply.In order to minimize the loss caused by blackouts,live work has become a trend.Live line work aerial vehicle is a common live working equipment.The strength and stability of the boom and the steady of the work platform leveling process have an important influence on the safety of live workers.Therefore,research on the performance of the live line work aerial vehicle boom has practical significance and application value.In this paper,based on detail understand domestic and foreign live line work aerial vehicle,design a kind of aerial vehicle working boom and working boom end working platform automatic leveling system.Calculate the working boom mechanical performance and design the structural,calculate and design hydraulic cylinder components,calculate and select the slewing ring and other components.Based on this,check live line work aerial vehicle strength and anti-overturning performance.The results show that the maximum stress is less than the allowable stress,and the anti-overturning performance is good,meet the use requirements.Establish the three-dimensional model,and analysis the kinematics and dynamics of the live line work aerial vehicle boom lifting process by ADAMS.The kinematic analysis obtain the change curve of the speed and acceleration of the end of the working arm.The dynamic analysis obtain force curve in hinge point.The force variation curve at hinge points obtained by simulation is verified by the method of theoretical calculation.Design the working boom end working platform automatic leveling system,use MATLAB/Sinmulink to establish the leveling system mathematical model.Use the transfer function method to obtain the open-loop control amplitude-frequency characteristics and phase-frequency characteristics of,as well as under the pulse signal and the step signal incentive,the closed-loop control system response.The simulation results show that the response is stable,rapid,and accurate and it meet the application requirements.Use numerical simulation method to simulate and analyze the stress under typical working conditions and buckling analysis at the maximum working height.The simulation results showed that the strength and stability meet the requirements for use.The simulation results showed that the strength and stability meet the requirements for use.The simulation results of ADAMS and Workbench are in good agreement with the theoretical calculations,and the relative error is in a reasonable range,which indicates the correctness of the simulation.Through design and calculate and simulation of the live line work aerial vehicle boom and work platform automatic leveling system,which provide references for design of live line work aerial vehicle.
