The transient pulse excitation method suitable for engineering practice is used in damage detection of silicone sealants of full implicit framed glass curtain wall. It can be both formed a new damage detected method of full implicit framed glass curtain wall and provided the basis of judgement for glass curtain walls maintenance and safety evaluation of judgement basis.The border security conditions in the structure of the basic principle that are adhesive principle,curing principle, the silicone sealant structure, as well as physical and mechanical properties of structural silicone sealant structure calculation and verification requirements about full implicit framed glass curtain wall are introduced in this paper firstly. The structural dynamic equation against the basic principle of damage caused by glass curtain wall boundary conditions change is also introduced. Dynamic equation through the Fourier transform can be frequency response function. And then frequency response functions can be passed from the response signal power spectrum and cross-power spectrum calculated.And the purpose of damage detection can be achieved through the power spectrum of the signal. The pulse damage detection method of transient dynamic response signals that based on FFT power spectrum is firstly proposed in the text.The dynamic response of experimental signal of testing points is gathered and FFT Power Spectrum is used to analyze experimental signal. Power spectral main peak frequency of the signal in contributing proportion of the total power 'η_i 'was taken as a dependent variable of the structural silicone sealant damage length ' a '.Experimental data were fitted to establish a functional relations between 'a' and 'η_i 'by nonlinearfunction, and the small damage value of ' a' is used to detected-Finally through the cross-spectral analysis,we can realize structural damage phase of the plastic accurate qualitative and improve precision.The damage detection method is based on the full implicit framed glass curtain wall, the research results show that: Through this assay method of research, the innovative thinking can be applied to other types of glass curtain wall, and it can contribute to the achievement of the existed glass curtain wall technology breakthroughs and innovation again.
