In the past, the hydraulic system increased pressure by changing the area of piston thrust surface to change the output pressure, these pressurize methods could only provide high pressure or extra-high pressure in a certain moment or in a certain loop, further more they effected the system flux efficiency and increased the system undulation. Whereas the disadvantages of these pressurize methods and for improving of the performance characteristics of the entire hydraulic system, this thesis designed a new-style supercharger. This equipment is a low pressure supercharger, it can reduce the vibration and yawp caused by cavitations of the main oil pump, and achieves the purpose of increase the work efficiency of the hydraulic system by brings pressure to closed gasoline tank and increases the input pressure of the system main oil pump.This thesis analyses the operational principle, framework and performance of the closed gasoline tank supercharger, it provides theoretical basis of supercharger design and practicability research.Firstly, this thesis gathers the superchargers in practical application, analyses the operational principle and characteristics, and selectively analysis the pressurize characteristics of the hydraulic supercharger.Secondly, it analyses formation reasons and infection of the cavitations, introduces the denoise principle of the closed gasoline tank supercharger. At the same time, it analyses and compares some methods used to increase gasoline tank pressure, and points out the advantages of the supercharger this thesis designed.Thirdly, it introduces the design method and operational principle of the closed gasoline tank supercharger, calculates frame dimension parameters, chooses the type of supercharger accessories, and describes the assembly drawing of the entire equipment.Then, it analyses capability of the closed gasoline tank supercharger, selective analysis the oil fluxion characteristic in the closed gasoline after the supercharger installed, especially the oil dynamic fluxion characteristic along with the pressure undulation in the closed gasoline tank; deduces the power characteristic and power losing computing equation of the supercharger; considering the condensability of the oil, analyses the spring effect when the oil in the closed gasoline tank under pressure.Finally, it analyses correlation characteristics by analog simulation software: establishes mathematical model of the piston in the supercharger to simulate dynamically, analyses the effect of input oil dynamic fluxion in the closed tank to the piston location in the supercharger, to validate the supercharger designed in this thesis can provide steady output pressure; analyses the pressure in the threshold of the hydraulic pump effects to the rotate speed, to validate that the improving of the pressure in the threshold can reduce the air pocket yawp of the hydraulic pump effectively.
