The nozzleless solid rocket motor (NSRM) internal flow field was studied in this paper. The attention was focused on the calculation of internal ballistics performance of NSRM, theory analysis and the NSRM Experiments studies. In the first place, the character of NSRM internal flow field were analyzed, and the technique of dynamic meshes and UDF of computational fluid software Fluent were introduced with an emphasis.Secondly, Numerical simulation of NSRM flow field with erosive burning, mass-inlet, burning-area increase was completed by Fluent with User-defined function and Dynamic mesh. Several designed NSRM were calculated by the numerical simulation. The capacities of them were carried out. The advantages and design parameters of them were distinguished.Finally, two experiments were settled in order to test and verify the numerical results. There were some errors compared with experiments result and numerical results. Thrust curve and pressure curve agreed well with experiments result. The results showed that, the numerical simulation of NSRM has a good accuracy of internal ballistics performance of NSRM, and is a good method of engineering manufacture.
