The propulsion system is the core component of the rocket sled system,which directly affects the speed index of the rocket sled.Theoretical and experimental research on solid rocket motor with short working time and large thrust were carried out firstly.Then calculation for motion of rocket sled system with bundled rockets on track was completed.According to the numerical simulation results of jet flow field,thrust variation of nozzles was analyzed at last.Main contents are as follows:1.Optimal design for interior ballistics of solid rocket motor.The thesis developed a zero dimensional model of interior ballistic for solid rocket motor,which considered erosive burning effect and obtained combustion chamber pressure curve and other parametric curves.Sectional charge principle was introduced to achieve the project requirements.Firstly,the improvement of the interior ballistic performance was analyzed theoretically.Then the corresponding charge test was designed on the basis of this method.The experimental results proved the feasibility of the principle.2.Track motion calculation of rocket sled system with bundled rockets.The calculation method of single solid rocket thrust was derived,and the main factors that impact thrust were analyzed.Then,combined with engineering background,a software was designed to calculate the motion of rocket sled with bundled rockets propulsion system.The software included thrust module,resistance module and motion module.These modules completed the movement calculation of the rocket sled on the track.3.Research on jet flow field of nozzles.Three-dimensional model for single nozzle and multiple nozzles were developed respectively to simulate the jet flow field.After that,the structure of jet field could be studied,and the thrust variation caused by jet interaction could be discussed.With the measures of adjusting the distance between nozzles and inlet pressure,the thesis researched the influence of jet interaction to thrust performance and provided a reference for engineering practice.
