High-speed flow of sand have some effects on hydraulic structures, such as impact,friction and cutting, will cause serious wear and tear on buildings. How to prevent the wear and tear gas corrosion damage of hydraulic constructions surface, has long been a problem which the designers concern about highly. Buildings in the flow of hydraulic parts used excellent material scour and wear resistance, can effectively reduce or prevent bed, suspended load on the hydraulic-mill buildings .Based on the analysis and conclusion of scour and wear destruction mechanism of hydraulic concrete, used the method of "underwater Ball", researched the effect of single-doped fly ash and polypropylene fiber to the scour and wear resistance of concrete;Application of ternary second orthogonal rotation design method, studied when use silica fume, fly ash, polypropylene fiber, and other co-doped, the impact of concrete grinding intensity, strength and splitting the tensile strength of the changes. Key findings are as follows:(1) Doped with a certain amount of fly ash can effectively enhance the strength of concrete impact mill. When the fly ash content between 0% to 40% of changes, concrete impact mill increase in intensity after the first decrease. Fly ash content of 10%, the concrete strength to the maximum impact mill;(2) Scour and wear resistance of concrete polypropylene fiber mill as the strength increases with the increase, when the polypropylene fiber content over 0.9 kg/m3, concrete strength instead of decreasing impact mill.(3)Fly ash on the early strength of concrete negative, but can enhance the permeability of concrete in concrete mixed with polypropylene fiber concrete strength slightly lower, but not decline.(4) In a silica fume, fly ash, polypropylene fiber arrangement for the Three factors affect the second orthogonal rotation can be seen in the trial, polypropylene fiber concrete impact on the grinding intensity of the most significant impact; silicon And the amount of powder between the amount of fly ash there was a significant interaction, fly ash content and polypropylene fiber content of the interaction between a certain extent, the amount of silicon powder and interaction between the polypropylene fiber content Not significant. (5)Silica fume concrete compressive strength of a positive effect, and fly ash will have a negative impact on their, their impact polypropylene fiber little silica fume and interaction between the fly ash, and they and Polypropylene fiber interaction between non-existent.(6) Scour and wear resistance of concrete grinding to a combination of maximum intensity: silica fume 3 percent, 15 percent of fly ash, polypropylene fiber 1.2 kg/m3.
