It is important to control the humidity environment of a residential interior which benefits thermal comfort, sensation of God's image, and human's health. Guided by the strategies of sustainable development, studying and using natural energy resources and the passive methods to control building indoor humidity, has become a principal research field in the aspect of building indoor humidity controlling technology.This paper chooses gypsum, a kind of green building materials, to be cementing material of the humidity-controlling materials, and prepares a kind of materials with better capability of humidity controlling, by adding plant fiber, active carbon and kaolin having better adsorption capabilities.At first, the paper briefly narrates every theory former and humidity transfer parameters, according by coupled heat and humidity transfer and humidity transfer。Basing on that, it tests the balancing maximum humidity capacity, humidity absorption and desorption, speed of humidity absorption and desorption, cycle humidity absorption and desorption of the humidity-controlling materials. It appraises its humidity-controlling capacity by using the experimental data and estimation index. In addition, we also appraise the humidity-controlling materials' capacity of the attenuation cycle humidity absorption and desorption to make sure if the materials has persistent humidity-controlling. The result is that the humidity-controlling materials which refered in the paper has persistent humidity-controlling capacity.Second, the paper analyses the humidity equilibrium curve of the materials, and propose the formula of humidity absorption isotherms of humidity-controlling materials to offer the basic data and parameter of the experimental research. Under the experiment of microcosmic point of view and data, we can find theory calculation is inosculated with practical test which can offer theory foundation to the further research.In order to test the practical humidity-controlling capacity of the mateials and choose better one to make certain form of humidity-controlling materials, we had the humidity-controlling experiment in simulated space and practical residential interior, which gives the result is the materials has good humidity-controlling effect. |
