With the passage of time, more and more existing buildings have entered the aging period and the reliability has dropped off. How to strengthen the structures is a profound problem which we have to face. So it is necessary to ascertain more scientific and more economic method, improve the structure's efficiency and reliability of reinforcement. The method of reinforcing concrete structures with FRP has been widely used in project because of many advantages, such as the bearing capacity and deformability could be improved, making construction convenient, etc.A decision Analysis of ten strength models of concrete columns strengthened with FRP under axial compression loading is carried out and sorted priorities based on grey correlation analysis method. Then, a suitable strength model is selected as the basis of the compressive bearing capacity of the circular concrete columns strengthened with FRP.The calculation method of reliability of circular concrete columns strengthened with FRP under axial compression loading is derived according to the basic theory of structural reliability. Then, the reliability of strengthened concrete members under axial compression loading is analyzed and discussed based on project. So, the main factors that affect the reliability of strengthened concrete members under axial compression loading are obtained. And, the qualitative and quantitative analyses of these factors is carried out. This can be for project reference.
