The rapid development of science and technology accelerates the progress of hydraulic technology, enlarge the application field and range, but requires higher hydraulic system performance at the same time. With the development of automation level, the structure and information transference process of hydraulic equipment become more and more complex, the work of fault diagnosis also become more and more important. Computer simulation technology not only can predict system performance in design stage and shorten design time, but also can enhance stability of system. Therefore, it is significant to research on modeling and simulation of hydraulic power system, and it offers valuable system model for research of fault diagnosis.The main work of this paper is follows:The power bond graph model of hydraulic element is set up based on power bond graph theory, and get mathematical model of hydraulic element from power bond graph model. Simulink model of hydraulic element is set up using Matlab/Simulink. Based on the principle figure of hydraulic power system, set up the Simulink model of dynamic characteristic loop with relief valve and hydraulic power system experiment platform, set parameter, simulate and get simulation curve of pressure, flow and other parameters. Take some experiments of dynamic characteristic loop with relief valve, hydraulic power system experiment platform start, parameter of plunger pump changing and proportional relief valve loading on hydraulic power system experiment platform, collect date such as pressure and flow, etc. Then the experiment results are compared with the simulation result. |
