| With accelerated development of economy, industrialization and urbanization of our country, serious natural calamity, accidents, public sanitation incidents and social security incidents happen occasionally, and new problems emerges endlessly. These sudden public incidents could cause huge casualties and property losses, thus a large quantity of emergency materials would be needed to avert deterioration, reduce casualties and losses, facilitate the reconstruction and renew its manufacture. The key to success in the disposing of emergency is to guarantee that the vehicles for exigency materials can arrive at the place of emergency safely in least time. So the research about the optimization of vehicles transporting exigency materials is an important field.The thesis expounds the concept and characteristics of emergency logistics, and discusses the operational processes, the ensuring mechanism and the characteristics of emergency rescue, etc, it also analyses the shortest route problem. Then, the changes in travelling time according to the characteristics of disasters were analyzed and the traffic flow wave theory was applied to vehicles queuing incident, the length of the road, traffic flow and other factors were changed into vehicles travelling time, and the waiting time and crossing time in the crossroad were also considered in the dynamic travel time to reflect the traffic situation truly. Then, the path selection model of emergency material vehicles was established by consideration of the road blocking risk. The classical routing arithmetic-Dijsktra is studied as an emphasis, the efficiency of Dijsktra Algorithm was improved by using the strategy of searching region limited and index improvements. Finally, the function of navigation system was designed, and the search process which has been presented in the paper by using JAVA. |
