Job-shop scheduling problem is a key link in the production system. Job-shop scheduling which is important function of production management is an important means to come true the production plans in the production plan. However, along with the developing of the productive forces, more and more duties and resources make the Job-shop scheduling more complicated. In this paper, a GA is proposed to arrange dynamic Job-shop scheduling problem in multi-tasks to the multi-resources environment. The main content in this article is as follows:(1) The problem that researches on the algorithm to scheduling and optimize the multi-tasks.Through established GA mathematical model to the multi-tasks, this research scheduled tasks reasonably under the constraints of serial tasks and delivery dates and so on for the shortest time out of the finish time and improving production efficiency.(2) The problem that researches on the algorithm to scheduling and optimize in accordance with the multi-tasks and multi- machines and workers.In accordance with the users' demand and the results of optimization scheduling of multi-tasks, to multi-tasks, every task have reasonable machines to satisfy the constraints of function and time and so on. And the scheduling makes machines resources loaded evenly to improve machines resources' production efficiency and distributes the workers' tasks to average workers' work. Besides, this GA progress could be save time of waiting available machines resources greatly and reduce the latency time of processing.(3) The problem that represents information flow in visual form.To use the GA as the bottom code, the research represents the information flow in visual form by the technique of JSP. By this software platform, the users and the managers could know lots of information in tasks processing and also the scheduling information of machines and workers.The research of Job-shop scheduling and optimization for multi-tasks and multi-resources has many problems to finish it. Besides, this research could be improved the principle of GA to realize scientific scheduling; it which builds a foundation for the next step research would benefit to improve efficiency of processing and management to a certain extent.
