At present, comprehensive durability of cement and concrete are becoming more and more prominent. Damage of construction induced by comprehensive durability is serious, which bring huge economic loss to our society . As a kind of materials improving comprehensive durability of cement and concrete, concrete protective coatings are paid more and more attention. But now, the test and evaluation methods about capabilities and protective effect of this kind are not mature, which restricts the benign development and engineering application. This essay firstly deals with the test of water absorption of concrete test . According to the researches, the capillary crystalline coatings improve the waterproof ability of concrete.Secondly, this essay will tell the concrete carbonization experiments of the concrete samples which are covered with the capillary crystalline coatings. The studies show that the depth of the carbonization will extend as the time of the carbonization extends in each sample. What's more, the carbonization depth of sample with a coating is snarrow than the one without a coating. Here are some other test results: the higher water cement ratio, the deeper the depth of concrete carbonization ; the more capillary crystalline coating,the deeper depth of concrete carbonization; the longer age of the capillary crystalline coating, the higher anti-carbonization ability of it.Thirdly, through a group of experiments, this essay studies the improvement in the waterproof ability of concrete in different degrees.Finally, according to the anti-corrosion experiments, the coating improves the antacid ability of concrete.During the experiments of anti-acid, all the other coating samples improve their mechanics ability in different degrees compared with the SK, except G1.And in the environment of alkali, the coating improves the anyi-alkali ability of the concrete from mechanical aspects. In the solution of sulphate,all the coatings improve the anti- sulphate ability, except the Gl and C1 .Above all, there's a prosperous future of the capillary crystalline coating. But knowing about the coating beings is very important in maximizing its functions in the practical usage.
