The question of energy dissipation is the one of most important issues in the construction of hydropower station, The correct choice of energy dissipation is the basic qualification that hydropower station are safe and economic.KaiYuan hydropower station in Jiuquan city of GanSu Province as an open-source power plant runoff water diversion hydropower station, with the main hydraulic structures is the sluice, diversion channel, plant and the tailrace. Contrapose the reasons of two power plants is not suitable for the surge tank, this paper will use alternative surge tank explosion-proof membrane, to address the causes of accidents such as tripping, the hydropower station crew suddenly abandoned load, resulting in increased speed unit, water pressure systems rapidly Rise, caused by the water diversion system and jeopardize crew safety issues, so as to ensure that pressure on the pipeline's security. And the bursting of the bursting of film, high-pressure pipeline terminal head, the discharge flow rate of energy dissipation security issues, and made use of submerged collision energy dissipation of new ways to solve the energy dissipation.This paper summarize the energy dissipation at first, followed by the analysis results of submerged jet, and then described FLUENT and CFD software workflow and main function. in detail Through the theoretical analysis of single-unit level submerged jet and compare with the simulation results, thus verifying CFD numerical simulation software is not only able to accurately simulate complex submerged crash energy dissipation of the flow field, and to avoid the enormous workload in theoretical analysis. Use CFD fluid software for energy dissipation in the subject pool size, and export flows are defined circumstances, how to maximize the elimination of the huge energy which carried by the high-speed flow, the paper used 30°, 45°, 60°and 75°four different flow angle, simulated four different angles in the energy dissipation of the flow field and tank pressure field distribution respectively, and through the energy dissipation pool wall and the internal flow field on the velocity and pressure analysis to identify its impact on energy dissipation effect of the main factors, and to determine the optimal energy dissipation project.
