The effect of energy dissipation is good,the energy dissipation rate is high,the environmental impact is small,the structure is simple,and the depth of the pool is reduced.It is gradually becoming the choice of new auxiliary energy dissipator under the special condition.The internal dissipation mechanism of the grille energy dissipator,the law of energy dissipation,the influence of the cantilever arrangement on the energy dissipation are still in the initial stage.The distribution of the flow field around the hoop is complicated and complicated,and it is difficult to pass the conventional model test The specific distribution of the swirl field around the grid is measured.PIV(Particle image velocimetry)has been widely used in flow field test,and has achieved good test and analysis results,but it is not common in the study of cantilever energy dissipator in hydraulics.PIV technique can reduce the instantaneous velocity field and vorticity field of the cantilever energy dissipation field in the stilling pool.It can ensure the accuracy of the omni-directional data acquisition while satisfying the precision.The study of the mechanism of the cantilever energy dissipation can bring great convenience and accuracy.In this paper,the application of PIV technique in the study of the cantilever energy dissipator in the power chamber is explored by combining the PIV test of the cantilever energy dissipator model in the power dissipation pool,and then the energy dissipation mechanism analysis.Through the observation of the system,the results show that the PIV technique can well measure the swirl field in the vicinity of the hanging grille of the stilling basin,and can obtain the rich flow field distribution map,so that the energy dissipation mechanism of the cantilever energy dissipator can be deeply analyzed TheThrough the PIV test and mathematical simulation results of the cantilever energy dissipation model,it can be seen that after the cantilever is arranged in the stilling basin,when the water flow enters the stilling basin,the water flow collides with the cantilever arranged before,Energy,and broken water due to the role of shear force,around the suspension around the formation of the size of the vortex,with the vortex movement,water collision,water kinetic energy gradually weakened,and thus play the role of energy dissipation.The water flow around the hoop around the production of a large number of vortex movement,due to the existence of the gap between the grid,each vane generated by the vortex into a continuous change of water stocks,when the flow of shares confluence,resulting in intermittent surface,when the break New vortex,converted into irreversible heat dissipation,greatly improving the energy efficiency.The flow of water through the cantilever at the same time,the formation of vortex around the grille,the water flow around the flow after the flow of a large number of kinetic energy into heat,dissipated in water,so the main reason for the cantilever energy dissipation The process of the gate due to collision,shear and other causes of the vortex dissipation;and double-layer hanging gate because there is a vertical role in the hanging grid,the water flow relative to the single-layer cantilevered more stable.
