In recent years, with the rapid development of the auto industry and the electronics industry, a modern car is equipped with more and more various electrical equipment, or electronic equipment, which is developing towards gradually towards the intelligent and complicated direction. The space PCB locates is relatively narrow and small, hence, these equipments will cause the electromagnetic interference mutually, which will not only affect the equipment performance characteristic, but also, under some serious circumstance, will create mistakes, and cause the accident. Therefore, the problem on automobile's electronic installation's electromagnetic compatibility is becoming increasingly prominent, and how to make the electronic communications navigation aid on the automobile has the fine electromagnetic compatibility performance and the resistance to interference in the entire process of the equipment's manufacturing appears especially important.The electromagnetic compatibility refers to the adaptability which enables the equipment to work normally in an electromagnetic environment. The electromagnetic compatibility design is one of the compatibility technology ways to enhance the product's electromagnetic, and also advantageous to the electronic products to enter the international market.This article originates in the Wuhan CenStone digital spatial technology Limited company to develop "the wireless motion vehicle to carry the terminal supervisory system". This article firstly introduces the key technologies of the system for vehicular terminal, and then dissects the mechanism producing electromagnetic interference and the propagation mode, finally it finds out the technical theory basis which can solve the electromagnetic interference and realize the electromagnetic compatibility, and infers the correlation formula on computation electromagnetic interference.Then it makes an overall design of the terminal system to the vehicle, and analyzes system's function demand, completes the overall hardware architecture design of the terminal system to the vehicle, and then gives a detailed introduction on the control module of the vehicle carried in the terminal design, the GPS module, the GPRS module as well as the exterior storage module. Then based on this, it carries the detailed hardware and the software electromagnetic compatibility design of the terminal system to the vehicle.Finally, it tests the application in the vehicle carried in the terminal system and analyzes the results, which enables the vehicle to carry in terminal system's electromagnetic compatibility to realize.The practice indicated that, paying great attention to the electromagnetic compatibility design technique in the process of the vehicle carries in the terminal system design, will fully guarantee the reliability of electrical specification of the system. This research results will provide some theoretical guidance on reality, as well as the application value for strengthening our country vehicle to carry terminal device's electromagnetic compatibility performance.
