Air -entrained light-weight aggregate concrete is new varieties, and its essence is the incorporation of various lightweight aggregate amount of the ordinary. 1900kg/m3 dry density is less than that in gas content 3.4%~4.6% around. Compared with ordinary concrete work high and own weight small, durability, shock resistance, extensive source material advantages, such as it in high-rise buildings, large-span bridge water conservancy and other engineering applications demonstrate the enormous economic advantages and potential for use. In this paper, the performance of air-lightweight concrete serviceabile and uniaxial stress-strain relationship of the experimental system. Air-light reveals the internal structure and properties of concrete and failure criteria, Reinforced Concrete for the original non-linear finite element structural analysis of materials add a new model.In this paper, and the main work of the most important conclusions to be drawn are:⑴Lightweight materials for the concrete impact of this system of testing and research, Aggregate light of the characteristics of the test is the introduction of admixture (air-entraining agent and water reducing admixture).Adoptting absolute volume and using perpendicular reference gratingmoire method designed in the preparation 3.4%~4.6% Air-dry density is less than 1900kg/m3 lightweight aggregate concrete.⑵The study on the air -entrained light-weight aggregate concretes'forest resistance is comprehensive. All sand and all lightweight aggregate which enclosed by the slurry are suspended in the fresh concrete, and in the mold all components are not separation, when the slump and slump flow of the ratio (SL / SF) in the 0.4 to 0.5 with a good workability; in the hardend concrete all the componentsare not maldistribution, and it has specific strength and forest resistance.⑶At home and abroad, scholars and ordinary concrete constitutive relation to the extensive research of lightweight aggregate concrete, without air-lightweight aggregate concrete constitutive relations, in the use of electro-hydraulic servo valve control and additional testing machine combines a rigid component test method thus under uniaxial stress-strain curves. And to be air-lightweight aggregate concrete cracking around the plane stress constitutive Air at an early age structure of the deformation of lightweight aggregate concrete and finite element analysis.
