This paper experimentally studied foam concrete constitutive relations forthe National Natural Science Foundation of China to provide a reliable test basedon " failure mechanism of lightweight steel and foam concrete compositestructures," the finite element analysis and computational.Firstly, the definition and characteristics of foam concrete were briefoverview of the development of domestic and foam concrete, current researchand application, in terms of building energy consumption, insulation materialaspects, aspects of wall materials, the comprehensive utilization of industrialwaste were aspects and national building energy policy describes the researchbackground, research content, purpose and meaning, and innovation.Then,this paper introduced the trial production process of foam concrete.Introduced the test of test equipment, designed a density of800kg/m3,1000kg/m3,1200kg/m3,1600kg/m3, fly ash and lime proportion respectivelyaccording to three kinds of adding foam concrete mixture ratio, summarizes thepreparation of foam concrete slurry, foaming, the preparation of block and thecuring processFinally, this paper studied the uniaxial compression foam concreteconstitutive relationship. Summed up the foam concrete block front and side ofthe fear of bad shape, curve fitting, were fitted density800kg/m3,1000kg/m3,1200kg/m3,1600kg/m3foam concrete under uniaxial compression stress-straincurve, determine their constitutive equations.
