The urban distribution network based on optimal operation is an important means of urban water supply system management. The traditional regulation of pressure is by changing the operation work condition of the pumping station to meet the network service head. But this points to satisfy a small number of adverse pressure requirements, the majority of unnecessary nodes under high pressure, resulting in tremendous waste of energy and pipeline losses.This paper is adjusting the pressure based on microcosmic model, and based on the use of the important parts in water distribution network-valve in pipeline. The local head loss usually is neglected in the traditional calculation of network on the valve caused, but the head loss caused by the valve in the network based on the microcosmic model is found a big influence after the study.Network nodes pressure to determine precisely based on the optimal operation is the key to accuracy. When there are valves in pipes, change of opening from valves will make variety of flow around valve. Therefore, under adjusting of valves, studying characteristic of flow is important part in optimization of water supply system In this paper, the before done in the foundation has carried on the analysis regarding the pipeline current of water's state of motion, and use of K-εequation related to the model, and loss of head's change which causes to this kind of fluid state has made some discussions, for aculeate the point pressute.To the pipe network node pressure's accurate judgment's foundation, using the sensitivity analysis based on the valve operation pipe network pressure adjustment solve the pressure imbalance of the water distribution network. Using Node pressure variation sensitivity and fuzzy clustering carries on the discussion of the pipe network district. Based on the pipe network district, using the sensitivity equation of the pipeline friction coefficient compared to the node pressure finds the valve regulating the operation of paragraph. Using the sensitivity of the valve opening compared to the node pressure may solve the adjustment of different valve in the regulation of paragraph.Main conclusion of the paper:1. As a result of valve's existence, has the disturbance to pipeline's fluid state, forms the eddy motion, this kind of eddy motion is the primary factor of creating the pipeline's friction coefficient different nearby. The valve's adjustment is realizes through valve's opening. Under different opening, the valve regarding pipeline's disturbance length is different. The pressure tap is located in biggest flexure to move outside the length to be able to guarantee that measured the data is accurate. 2. Based on judging equation node pressure variation similar by using the node pressure variation's sensitivity, the use of fuzzy clustering law delimits the region which the pressure tap represents. In the region, the sensitivity biggest spot is the service pipe net's pressure tap.3. Through using the sensitivity equation of the pipeline friction coefficient compared to the node pressure, the major adjustment length of pipe can be obtained which is the important impact to the nodes pressure of the pipe network or local network. Confirmed through the example has adjusted the valves of these lengths of pipe to be possible to reduce the node pressure effectively in the pipe network in nodes or the region contained. Using the sensitivity equation of the valve opening compared to the node pressure obtains the different adjustment to valve's opening control and the valve opening control.
