Water supply network is the important infrastructure in the city. Because of it has the properties of basic, complexity and open, the safe operation and management is difficult and the pipe explosion accident happen very often. Along with that the process of urbanization has been accelerated, the user's water demand and the water's quality standards enhance. On the basis of simply network operation management, such as daily scheduling, customer complaint acceptance, and the water supply was not practiced, that the new higher requirements put forward to scientific operation regulate the water supply network. In this circumstances, with the development of society and increasingly perfect of the infrastructure, the water supply network's operation and regulation strategies are more important.This paper base on the microscopic hydraulic model water supply network. To simulated the important parameters of whole water supply network, such as pressure, flow, velocity, and so on. Based on the refer to the GIS date, user date, the material of pressure measuring and scheduling to analyze the waterworks factory pressure and network service pressure, finally to find out the low pressure area and its cause. Through the simulation resultes can find the network's pressure is very uneven. When some measure pressure points' pressure is up to 0.48 MPa, and other points' pressure are still under 0.2MPa. This text studies through two different ways that the valve operation regulation and add midway booster pump station to solve the problem of low pressure area of southwest.Valve running regulation is the most direct, the most economical, and the most convenient way to solve the problem of the network's pressure uneven. After many tests later, find eight key valves which infuence the southwest area's pressure mostly. Six of those valves on the east and west water boundaries, and division two is zijingshan road longhai road valve and longhai road zhongzhou road valve. And simulated the change of the pressure under different condition of the southwest area. Identify those key valves'optimal switch state.When the way of regulate valve operation cannot solve the problem, adding the midway booster pump station. Closing the valves isolation on the higher ground, and simulated two conditions that average daily water supply and maximum daily water supply select the best solution way. So as to balance the network's pressure and solve the southwest area's low-pressure, under the condition of reducing the waterworks pressure.
