Blasting engineering attracts more peoples attention with blasting seismic hazard's complexity, concealed, and universal. By reading a lot of relevant literature about the blasting, it is found that to the contents there is less literature to study the reaction regularity of blasting vibration by using spectral analysis.It is usually making response spectrum curve by earthquake acceleration timing curve in earthquake engineering, but velocity timing curve was mostly recorded in the field of Blasting engineering, In order to avoid. Large error in the calculation of response spectrum, this test presents making use of time-speed record to calculate the relative displacement, relative speed, absolute speed, absolute acceleration of dynamic response formula to analyze the response spectrum properties by dividing integral of Duhamel integral. And response spectrum was drawn by the preparation of the corresponding program using Laxiwa Hydropower Project time-speed curves obtained in field engineering. According to response spectrum properties, blasting vibration regularity was summed up. It proposes the method of using time-speed curve to calculating response spectrum of an important realistic significance and promotion to the response spectrum theory in the field of blasting engineering.Damage effect caused by blasting vibration to the protected structures has been on an important topic in blasting sector. Since blasting is a very complex process, the main impact factors of the process are the earthquake-speed, frequency, and time of duration. A single parameter such as blasting vibration speed, blasting vibration frequency, duration of the blasting vibration used in blasting vibration destructive effect evaluation is not comprehensive and unreasonable. Now at home and abroad, blasting vibration speed-frequency is mostly used as the criterion of shock destructive effect. As the response spectrum expresses the relationship of blasting vibration time-signals largest dynamic response to the different dynamic performance characteristics structure and structure's natural cycle, and the integration of structure's natural cycle comprehensively reflects the response intensity and frequency characteristics. It is found that it is reasonable to study blasting vibration damaged effects through use of spectrum curve integration.To study destructive effect combining with the three parameters of blasting vibration speed, blasting vibration frequency, of the bursting together on blasting vibration. In this paper, we study the relationship between the scope of rock damage and response spectrum of the integral value of the cycle, the relationship between vibration duration (RSI * S) and the depth of rock damage to know that method of relative displacement response spectrum integral value and duration is more reasonable to study rock damage, and proposed formula to estimate the rock blasting depth of the damage. It is of important guiding significance and the practice of practical value to safety monitoring of excavation bursting and safety criteria scientific rationality.
