Research On The Emergent Response Mechanism On The Effect Of Earthquake Disaster

With the development of economics and the improvement of people's living standard, motor industry has good effect on the expansion of the highway scale and the progress of the road grade. The motor transportation is advancing, meanwhile, modern technique emerge the character of motor transportation's convenience, quickness, facility, motorization and door to door. During decades, motor road made advantage with competition of railway and inland river transportation. Furthermore, motor road is becoming the most popular transportation.As a large supporting body, highway is becoming the center and emphasis of international disaster defending and decreasing. They are the realistic and challenging problems that how to build meeting emergency reaction mechanism of sturdy road traffic so that we can mitigate earthquake damage and improve meeting emergency management of road traffic earthquake. It is a significant factor to do the preparation of earthquake defending. Furthermore, all of us be able to enhance government management and guarantee meeting emergency work after earthquake validly, therefore, it is very realistic and meaningful that research to construct meeting emergency reaction mechanism according to the earthquake damage of road traffic. The second chapter analyzed that earthquake disaster affected the influence character of road traffic components. With the constructing of the meeting emergency reaction mechanism of confronting earthquake disaster about road traffic, the third chapter analyzed the basic theory of reaction mechanism, specific contracture and how to carry on it. The fourth chapter analyzed the earthquake meeting emergency mechanism's shortcomings and disadvantages of our country's road traffic at present. It put forward the sturdy and advanced measure. According to The Wenchuan Earthquake last year, the fifth chapter analyzed the valid operation and the shortcomings and improvement method of earthquake meeting emergency reaction mechanism.The author summarized the research achievements at the end of this thesis, approached the problems which need to research deeply and pointed out the direction of research in the future.
