| Induction heating has many advantages compared with traditional heating. The technology of induction heating has been used in many applications nowadays. And the development of the power semiconductors accelerates the technical renovation of induction heating.In this paper, a 2KW experimental device of 30kHz superaudio series resonant induction heating power supply with frequency tracking and phase-shift control is designed for wire heating; and the inverter circuit is limited in inductive operation mode, All the power semiconductors in the inverter are operated with soft-switching condition. Hence the switching stresses, losses and interferes are reduced, EMC is improved. Meanwhile, the development, present status, and operation principle of induction heating power supply is explained in detail.Based on the above-all study, the design of experimental device has been completed, including power stage, control unit, MOSFET snubber unit, detecting unit, protecting and driving unit. CD4046 has been used as controller to control the inverter. The results of the experiment are given, the experimental device operates stably and satisfying output waveforms are obtained. |
