This paper firstly analyses the theory of induction heating . And it introduces the history of induction heating power supply.Finally, mean of this paper and the tasks of research are introduced.In the second chapter, it has analyzed the two main topologies that are often used in induction heating power supply.After comparison of some inverter's topologies, this paper selects the series inverter.And it analyses power regulating methods of induction heating supply. In this thesis, the phase-shifted power regulating method is adopted.This thesis pays more attention to the design of 100KHz/20KW high frequency solid induction heating power supply. Firstly ,it introduces the design of the main circuit. Secondly., the high frequency phase-shifted power regulation circuit is studied detailedly.And the frequency-tracing circuit is designed with phase-locked-loop of CD4046.Lastly, the useful and reliable drive circuit is designed.After that, the protect circuit and current voltage regulation circuit are also designed.At the end, the circuit designed is simulated by PSPICE ,and the result of simulation proved that its programs are feasible.
