Based on the research achievement on mechanical property of recycled concrete around the world, the cutting performance of recycled concrete and the shear performance of recycled concrete beam have been studied in this paper.First based on the workability of different mixture ration and different recycled aggregate replacement ration of recycled concrete and compressive experiment research on 36 test cube, which indicate that in the same mixture ration,the fluidity of recycled concrete is bad than ordinary concrete ,but the cohesive properties coherency and water retention property of recycled concrete is better than ordinary concrete.At the same time ,the shear performance of recycled concrete with aggregate replacement ration of 0%,30%,50%,70% and 100% was studied experimentally. The influence of different recycled aggregate replacement ration of recycled concrete on shearing strength,the mechanism of shear destorys and the peak strain and the change rule of shear stress -strain curve have analysised.It also has suggested the equation of shear stress -strain curve and shear models. It is shown from the test results that the compressive strengh and the shear strengh of recycled concrete generally decreases with the increase of recycled aggregate substitution rate. On the basis of experiment results of seven recycled concrete beams,t he characteristics of shear behaviors and shear failure mechanism of recyc -led concrete beams were researched.Based on the theoretical analysis and experiment results, the influence of different recycled aggregate replacement ration on the shear behaviors of oblique section of recycled concrete beams has been analysised. An formula for the shear capacity calculation of recycled concrete beams was suggested according to the limiting equili brium theory,which could be uede as the baseon the structure.
