Improving the working performance of the pavement structure and prolong the pavement service life will be expected by setting up the permeable base layer in the interior of pavement structure. Based on the water damage factor of pavement, the experimental study and structure mechanics analysis on two kinds of permeable base layer material is developed in this thesis. An laboratory on the cement stabilized crushed stone permeable material and the asphalt stabilized crushed stone permeable material has been designed. It shows influence factors on the water permeability and mechanics performance of two kinds of materials, its change rules etc. Some evaluation indexes on these permeable materials are proposed. An quality synthetic evaluation to the permeable material composition is proposed by the Multi-objective decisionmethod------TOPSIS method. Experiments shows the proposed method iseffective. An initiatory study on the stress analysis of cement concrete pavement with asphalt stabilized crushed stone permeable under vehicular load: a change rule of structure load stress with different slabs and permeable base layers computed by ANSYS is showed in this thesis. The base reflection crack holds the very great proportion in the asphalt pavement crack, the influence of two kinds of permeable base layer crack to the asphalt pavement is discussed. It concludes that the influence to asphalt pavement reflection crack caused by asphalt stabilized crushed stone permeable base is less than the one caused by cement stabilized crushed stone permeable base. And an improving measure to the asphalt pavement structure with cement stabilized crushed stone base layer is proposed in this thesis.
