The identified precision of systemps parameters, as well as the accuracy of systemps mathematical model, is directly affected by the measuring results of system frequency characteristic, especially at low frequency range. When traditional method is used for measurement at low frequency range, measuring precision can not be guaranteed and measuring is time - consuming. In this paper, a novel measuring algorithms is presented, it firstly sampled input - output signal with high rate, then utilizes real time curving fitting techniques. In comparison with other methods, the proposed algorithms can effectively improve the measuring precision in the presence of Gauss noise and harmonic disturbance. Simulation results have shown the effectiveness of the proposed scheme.From the point of view of basic functions, this paper briefly introduces the whole design scheme according to relational technology parameters and a design view of the virtual instrument. The structure of function generator to a sweep generator are describing firstly, then its software designing process and algorithms are commented deeply, especially, we mainly discuss calculation methods of phase characteristic measurement and digital signal processing methods of software filter and curve fitting.This kind of sweep generator can test the frequency characteristic of linear shift invariant directly and draw magnitude characteristic and phase characteristic curves relatively.
