Armoured vehicles are the most important military equipments of the future armoured mechanization army, which will be responsible for campaign mission of great importance in future warfare. In order to give full play to the campaign efficiency of armoured vehicles'weapon equipments, it is demanded that the driver and passengers keep full vigor and high response sensitivity during a longer fighting stage, therefore, the most comfortable environment for live and operation must be provided. At present, noise pollution of armoured vehicles'inside produced and equipped in our nation is severe and the test results prove that for the current equipped track-laying vehicles, the maximum noise lever can reach to 120dB; and the number will increase responding to running speed. Therefore, the jeopardize of armoured vehicles'inside noise must be high regarded and solved energetically, which plays an very important role for fighting personnel'protection, battle effectiveness's improvement and full play of the campaign efficiency of armoured vehicles'weapon equipments. In this paper, based on the introduction of modal analysis technology and its correlation technique, the results of theoretical modal analysis on ANSYS software and experimental modal analysis on DASP (Data Acquirement and Signal Processing) are compared and it is concluded that the error analysis and influencing factor analysis of modal parameters for the two results have coherence. Next, the research of armoured vechiles'inside sound field by sound-vibration software SYSNOISE proves that the vibration of engine is the main noise source. Finally, the characteristic frequency of vibration isolation and noise reduction are obtained by frequency analytical method and coherence analytical method for armoured vehicles'inside noise and vibration signals; and the improving measures are designed such as the design of muffler and sound absorption construction, which reduce the armoured vehicles'inside noise and improve the inside man-machine environment.
