There are so much research on reducing the noise of elevator presently,most of them are focus on the noise in the car and improve the ride comfort,but there is less research on the noise problem in the vicinity of the elevator.Combined with the interaction between the existing elevator system and the adjacent building space,this article mainly make research on the running comfort and safety performance of the elevator for machine roomless elevator.The sound of construction is reduced by an exclusive guide rail bracket.This exclusive guide bracket has advantage to absorb vibration and noise compared with common guide rail bracket.This article show three-dimensional modeling of exclusive guide rail bracket which can reduce vibration and sound,and analyze the strength and deflection of the guide rail bracket through ANSYS.Finally,compare with the noise of the common rail bracket and the exclusive rail bracket with the use of physical measurement technologies,then get conclusion of expected experimental.To sum up,the main contents of this study are as follows:(1)Design of exclusive guide rail bracket.Actually most of the guide rail brackets use rigid joints.The bottom plate of the rail brackets is directly fixed on the wall of the construction well by the expansion bolts,and the sound and vibration of the elevator system are transmitted to the rail brackets through the guide rails,then transmitted through the rail brackets.Finally it reaches the wall and spreads into the building space.This article achieves vibration isolation and noise reduction by changing the rigid connection to a flexible connection.(2)PRO-E modeling and ANSYS.Through the simulation of the 3D model,it is convenient to calculate the force and deformation of the guide rail bracket.In this paper,the force and deformation of the rail bracket are calculated to verify the strength of exclusive guide rail bracket in order to meet the value of deformation of GR,which meets the requirements of EN81-1.(3)Analysis of noise.The process of elevator operation is monitored and the values of operational comfort,speed,acceleration and noise are analyzed.The results show that the use of the exclusive guide rail bracket on the top of the well can be reduced by 8 to 10 decibels compared with the common guide rail bracket,which is useful to some sensitive space such as the bedroom and the conference room.The research shows that the top space of the elevator is often the most noisy place.The main source of noise is the sound of the brake when the motor starts and stops,and the sound of the electronic components in the control cabinet.The design of the vibration isolation rail bracket can be well reduce the transmission of sound from the building structure.Therefore,the use of the exclusive guide rail brackets will give us a comfortable and quiet environment for people outside the hall or leaning near the wall of the shaft well,minimizing the impact of noise on our work and life,once it meets the criteria.
