With the development of automotive industry and the improvement of living level, many a automotives have become indispensable vehicle. Because of economical and fast character, Big carriage is used to be the first choice of many people during touring or calling on friends.But people's possession and life were damaged or lost due of continuous traffic accidents.So how to decrease casualty and traffic accidents in utmost is attracting wide attention; i.e. how to improve passiveness security of automotive impact.As one of the impact quality, Passiveness security of head-on impact is especially the most important standard to weigh the quality of automotive. This thesis primarily researched on how to improve the design of bus body to meet the requirement of CMVDR294,the code of head-on impact in our country,through emulating process of impact under the speed of 48km per hour by Finite Element Method.The analyzing model of this paper is based on the half-loading bus model in one of buses company;The model was formed accurately by software ANSYS. After simulating analysis of the bus body, the variation process of the biggest distortion displacement and the biggest acceleration occurred in the former chassis,cab and the door of the bus and energy absorbing were got. Then corresponding improvement methods can be applied according to those variation curves, as well the level of impact security of the bus. By analyzing improved model under the circumstance of the same loads, it can be seen that the improved model's impact security had been enhanced greatly and the biggest distortion displacement is under the regulated line of impact rule of law. So it is an effective method in analyzing and improving impact security of the bus body by computer simulation technology. This thesis provided a good example in solving related problems.At last, this paper analyzed the former chassis by Topology Method, then redesigned this structure according to the result. Comparing optimizing structure with the former improved model according to imitating result, a conclusion can be got that the two betterment method are similar in major parts needed to be strengthened. After analyzing optimizing model, it can be conclude that the impact security of optimizing model is just better little than original model but less than the model redesigned from imitating result. So the methods used in imitating model can be adopted in practical design, then revise it step by step.
