With the development of motor control technology, electric power and electron technology, microprocessor technology, and the appearance of new type of permanent magnet material, BLDCM performance is improved highly, and be used widespreadly in low power domain. But some disadvantages hold back the widespread use of BLDCM, mainly by high torque triple, low speed range.Comparing Brushless DC Motor with Dual-windings with single-winding, it has more a stator. The whole system works according to the way of multiples and multiphase with thrity degree, so it has lower torque tripple than single wingding with sixty degree of one second; In field weakened controller, the way of one winding drives and another field weakened, which can increase the range of speed of by 20 percent nearly.In the first place, this thesis explains the configuration and operating principle of BLDCM, and emphasizes the system of Brushless DC Motor with Dual-windings drive theory. Then, a according to Brushless DC Motor with Dual-windings configuration and the way of multiples and multiphase with thirty degree of mathematical model, set up the dynamic model of this system, and proves the system having evidence effect in minishing torque triple and increasing the range of speed with the field weakened control.Base on the whole structure of Brushless DC Motor with Dual-windings Mathematical control system is established, which is realized by using the TMS320LF2407A, and with the control strategy of dual closed loop controller of speed and current, including hardware and software. The structure of hardware is made of the main circuit,driving circuit,detecting circuit and other assistant circuit. The structure of software is made of main program and all of subprogram.Finally, to make a summary of the whole article and put forward some expectation of the research.
