With the steady development of the national economy, and the rapid increase of electricity demand, electricity, as a commodity, is also moving toward the market. How to ensure the power generation unit safe and stable operation and how to improve operation reliability have become a focus of domestic electricity business. To prevent the turbine inlet, turbine vibration, shaft bending is a major concern for power plant. Once a shaft bending accident is met, how to dealt with it promptly and how to minimize the loss is also an important project to study.In this thesis, based on studying and summing up systematically entering cool gas and water, steam turbine vibration, shaft bending of the 1st turbine unit in Fushun Power Plant, specific programmes of inner stress relaxation straightening method are applied, and the shaft is repaired. The good results are carried out.
