Study On The Influence Of Construction Management Plan To The Cost Of Highway Construction Engineering Project

With the rapid development of national economy, highway construction career has madesignificant achievement. Alot of money was used for it. It is an always-stirring-up-interest topic tothe architectural enterprises as how to reduce the cost of the construction and promote its benefits.Due to its own characteristics, the highway engineering project will be influenced andrestricted by various internal and external elements in different stages. Especially, under thecircumstance of the over-competition in the present construction market, it is extremely difficult topromote the benefits of enterprises by reducing the cost of the engineering project. Most of theconstruction enterprises always pay more attention to the advantage of the techniques, the adoptionof the new techniques, as well as the guarantee of the quality and the time limit of the projects, butignore the importance of economic content of the construction management plan in reducing thecost of engineering projects.Started from the composition of highway construction items, put forward some opinions ofimprovement in the existent problem on cost control in this paper. The item cost control methodswere studied through the construction management plan improvement. Firstly, the factors thatinfluenced the cost of highway construction were analyzed. The principle of the construction costcontrol and the construction organization were drawn up. And then, the point analyzed the relationthat construction management plan and the item cost. Controlling the construction cost from theconstruction management plan.The results show that improve construction plan can reduce highway construction cost greatlyand increase economic benefits.
