Medical X ray apparatus has been one kind of diagnose device , whose initial development has originated from 1895 annual Germany physicists LunQin discovering X ray first ,and got help from the penetrability of the ray to ingest picture of human body inner organizes. Since then, the X ray diagnosis and curing technology had at full speed progresses. These years , along with the single chip developments and application, intellectualized level of X ray apparatus has risen gradually, and the traditional frequency X ray apparatus is replaced by high frequency X ray apparatus also gradually.Miniaturization, intellectualization, and high frequency of X ray apparatus is inevitable trend of the development, based on the today's development directions of X ray apparatus, the paper has carried out some systematic researches in the three aspects of low pressure controlling, circuit of high frequency and high power , power supply of filament current.The issue combining shortcoming and advantage of X ray equipment at home and abroad in nowadays, has carried out design on every part hardware circuit. Controlling circuit design is one of the most important research projects in medical X ray apparatus, also important component of intellectualized X ray apparatus. According to the intellectualized assumption of system operational development and deeply analysis in single chip controlling, we have realized the control circuit being able to satisfy the various function request's based on the single chip, making the system be simple , easy operation, and powerful. The high frequency technology applies to X ray apparatus , making the work efficiency of the complete machine have raised greatly, decrease the machine volume, export constant and precise data of kV ,mA. It also overcomes the shortcoming of the traditional X-ray apparatus, such as heaviness, bulkiness, inconvenient movement, long high-voltage cable and likely to cause harm to human beings, to achieve the small size and high frequency.By a large number of experiments , it shown that the system interface is friendly, easy to operate, easy to expand and fault-tolerance, reliability and stability could satisfy the clinical requirements of interactive intelligent controllment. It has broad prospects for application and the important innovative value.
