Nowadays, with the requirements of high quality power supply in civil aviations, aeronautical power supply with high performance is attracting more and more attentions. The equipment is becoming much smaller, and the digital control is becoming more popular than the analog control because of reliability and flexibility. Digital control is becoming a direction of modern aeronautical power development.A design of high frequency link inverter based on DSP is proposed in the thesis, the equipment can be divided into 3 parts: DC/DC converter, DC/AC inverter and digital control based on DSP. First, in the DC/DC converter part, by the comparison of several different topology circuits, an interleaving Two Transistor Forward Converter (TTFC) has been selected. The interleaving control of TTFC keeps the attractive characteristics of the TTFC, such as low switch voltage stress, inherent anti-break-through capability; besides it overcomes some shortages of the TTFC, such as increases the effective frequency of the converter, and decreases the current ripple. Second, in the DC/AC inverter part, single phase bridge topology circuit is adopted. Based on the state-space inverter mode, output L-C filter is studied, and the proper mosfet devices are selected. Third, the digital control part, the instantaneous voltage inner loop is used to control output voltage waveform to track a sinusoidal waveform. And the outer average voltage loop guarantees accuracy of output voltage. Both outer and inner loops adopt PI controller. Detail design of controller parameters circuits and DSP software are given.By simulated with Pspice and matlab software, the selection of circuit parameter and control parameter is proved effective. The design of the control board based on TMS320F2812 is present. The SPWM driven software is programmed in C-language. A new method that generates the CCS project files by Matlab Embedded Target for TI C2000 DSP module is proposed in the thesis. The simulations and experimentation result shows that the proposal of the high frequency link inverter based on DSP is feasible.
