Research And Development Of Joint Operation System Of Cascade Reservoirs In The Upstream Of Heihe River

Combined with the water diversion demand of Heihe water operation and based on the theory of reservoir operation and system science,three reservoirs are taken as researched objects including XiaoGuShan,XiLiuShui and LongShouYiJi in the upstream of Heihe River, the contradiction between Heihe water operation and impounding and operation of the upstream cascade reservoirs is sufficiently considered, and joint water operation model and power generating operation model of cascade reservoirs are established, contrast analysis is for the model results. Based on the demand of operation staff and the two kinds of models, the joint operation system is exploited of cascade reservoirs in the upstream of Heihe River, which has the characteristic of practicality, reliability, advancement, opening, expansibility and conveniently operation and maintenance. The essential research contents and results are as follows:(1) Based on investigation and analysis to the current situation of Heihe water operation, the main problems of Heihe water operation are analysed.(2) The middle region which is main water consumption area of Heihe Rivier Basin, will directly effects the success or failure of Heihe water operation, so it is necessary to research on the change rules of water consumption in the middle reaches of Heihe River. The result indicates that the water consumption in the middle reaches obviously increase and the released water of Zhengyixia obviously decrease.s(3) Based on the theory of reservoir operation and system science and combined with the demand of Heihe water operation, the joint water operation model is established, which satisfies the dispatch water plan of Heihe River. And in order to analyze the effect on the power generating of cascade reservoirs in the upstream of Heihe River when carries out the joint water operation of cascade reservoirs, the joint power generating model is established. (4) The joint operation system of cascade reservoirs is exploited in the upstream of Heihe River, which has the characteristic of practicality, reliability, stability and conveniently operation and maintenance.The development principles and plans, the system structure design and the main function of system are particularly introduced; and the main function interface is given.(5) Taking desin average year as an example, operatiion results of two schemes are analyzed including water operation and power grneration operation ,and contrast analysis is made for schemes of two models from two aspets of water and electric quantity in closed entry period and in key dispatching period ,which provides auxiliary information to operation staff for doing water peration of cascade reservoirs.
