With the development of power electronics, microelectronics and computer, the power conversion apparatus based on the PWM (Pulse Width Modulation) technique is gaining more and more application. PWM rectifiers have the characteristics of arge power factor, small harmonic pollution, bidirectional power flow, small capacity power storage segment and constant direct voltage, so they have more and more applicationperspective in active filtering, reactive load compensation, tide control, solar electricalenergy generation and motor control systems.This dissertation focuses on the engineering design and realization of high power three-phase Voltage Source Rectifier. The dissertation work, including the study of control scheme, the design of the software and hardware of system and develop.In the first place of the paper,deep analysed PWM rectifier principle and established a mathematical model of PWM Rectifier,the double-loop voltage and current space vector PWM(svpwm)algorithm was simulated by MATLAB programs. At the same time, simulation research on improvrment of anti-disturbance performance for three-phase PWM rectifiers.Secondly,Using TI's TMS320LF2406 chips as controllers, EUPEC company IPM module as a main circuit. The three-phase voltage rectifier space vector PWM control system hardware design and implementation, system software design and debug.Last but not the least, during the experiment found that the lack of hardware phase locked loop. This paper was base on SVPWM rectifier decoupled control, a novel software phase locked loop is used in PWM rectifier algorithm, the simulations and experimental result proves the scheme is feasible. This paper was base on the PROTEUS MCU simulation software platform for the keyboard and display software simulation, simulation and experimental validation of the software design was reasonable.The paper concludes with convincing results and expected waveforms that predict the design simulation, software and hardware design and the reasonable accuracy of PWM rectifier.
