| With influences of wave and outside loads, a swinging motion of shipping occurs. The impact force which is produced by shipping swinging is transferred to mooring devices by cables. The reliability of mooring devices has a significant effect on the safety of shipping anchoring, so it is necessary to analyze the performance of mooring devices.The paper takes the shore ship mooring device as the object of investigation, and puts forward a new method to establish the finite element model for object with combined structure, and explains the model's simplified method and meshing. The finite element model of mooring device has been established, it settles the base for the performance analysis of the structure.Based on the statics analysis theory,dynamics analysis theory and optimum design theory of finite element method (FEM) , static analysis and dynamic analysis of the mooring device have been done, in the mean time the important parts in devices have been optimized too.In the statics analysis, this paper puts up detail explanation for the nonlinear of device,the simplified load,constraints conditions and the matters need attention in analyzing procedure. The variable loads were load on mooring device, corresponding deformation and stress have been obtained.Modal analysis and harmonious analysis have been done in the dynamic analysis of the mooring device respectively. The inherent frequency and modes have been obtained in modal analysis, they are the important parameters in dynamic analysis. This paper has obtained the ten steps modal analysis results, inherent frequency and referenced mode and put up the harmonious analysis, obtained deformation and stress in the dynamic analysis of the mooring device.According the statics and dynamics analysis results, this paper finds out that the mooring device can satisfy its performance requirement, but it wastes raw materials. Therefore, the paper also optimizes the importance components-bolts in the mooring device and gets the optimal designing of bolts. Finally compare the performances of bolts before optimization with after optimization. Not only the optimized bolts save the raw materials greatly, but also they can meet the performance requirements of mooring device.This paper provides a new way for the designing,amelioration and optimization of shipping mooring device.
