Based the practice of the slope engineering at the right embankment of shenxigou hydroelectric power station,the classification of rock slope ,failure model and anslysis methods are described in detail. and topography geomorphology,hydrology geology feature,engineering geology feature are comprehensive analysed. on the basis of these, the failure model and effect of unloading are discussed. Based the slope stability analysis method—sarma, author consider the influence of earthquake,torrential rain and stable effect of rock anchor, and calculate the safety factor of two typical geology section ,and according to calculation of the value and the actual project status, analyse stable factor at shenxigou right embankment. The main work and the main conclusions in the paper are:1)Comprehensive evaluate to rock slope stability with nine evaluation factor—rock type,rock structure,the relation of slope tendency, slope height,the state of crack develpement,the state of crack combination, gradient,the harmful geology phenomenon,manual excavate and so on, author think the comprehensive analysis conclusion with the method is effective;2)Through the application of compression dispersion-type anchor cable in the slope, and the practice of testing, monitoring, author analyse the anchor mechanism and its effect;3)The reinforcement of anchor cable is devised optimization, and the relation of the dominant parameter is analysed. And through monitoring results of relational parameter in the course of slope reinforcement, author use hyperbola method and poission method to analyse stress and stress relaxation, and forecast final stress in most effect factor.4) Autuor still discuss the change of loading stress and elongation in the course of tension, analyse relational effect factor of compression dispersion-type anchor cable at rock slope, and propose prevention measure of tension loss.
