With the extension of the application scope of the rock and soil anchor,the existing anchorage structure can not meet the needs of the support and reinforcement in the special rock and soil or under special conditions.Such as large section and large deformation of underground engineering support;blasting,vibration environment rock soil anchoring;high intensity earthquake zone of rock and soil reinforcement;active reinforcement structure(such as prestressed anchorage cable)and the use of Passive reinforcement structure(such as anti slide pile)in geotechnical anchoring at the same time;large deformation of landslide and ultra high side slope;anchor requirements can be recycled when used for temporary support.This Paper is to study the technology of recoverable anchor cable used for temporary support and the new type of pressure dispersed anchor cable technology for the reinforcement of large deformation,blasting,vibration and other special environment.The main work of this Paper is as follows:First,studied of the Past anchor cable wich can be recovered classification,I found that due to the emergence of a variety of new types of recoverable anchor cable,the previous classification standards are no longer applicable.Therefore this Paper according to the steel wire and bearing body torn off for classification standard of anchorage.recovery anchor cable is divided into: U-shaped recovery rotary type anchor;mechanical can recovering anchorage;mechanical type can be recovering anchorage(strong tensile failure);hot melt type can be recovery anchor.After according to the new classification of recovering anchorage structure research,pointed out the various recovering anchorage structure of the advantages and disadvantages and put forward a new type chemical recovery anchor cable technology and a new type of hot-melt type cable recovery technology;affter the research of the recovery process for recovery anchor.proposed the recovery anchor cable should be done recovery test to regulate the constructionThen,affter the research of new types of pressure dispersion type anchorage cable technology used for reinforcing large deformation,blasting,vibration environment,I proposed a new type of pressure dispersion type anchor basic principle and structure;The new internal anchorage of pressure dispersion type anchorage cable may be the reason why the consolidation of large deformation,blasting,vibration under the special environment of engineering,mainly is because the new internal anchorages of pressure dispersion type anchorage cable effect.The performance of the new internal anchorages is directly related to this new type of the pressure dispersion anchor can play a role in strengthening the special project.By means of new internal anchorage r experiment and constantly groping developed the new anchorage to meet the requirements;the static load test of anchor cable,the statistical analysis in anchorage device the yield load and yield after load changes by single beam model of pressure dispersive results show that the model in the anchorage mechanics performance is stable,the single beam model of pressure dispersion type anchor stable mechanical properties,reliable;through multi beam model of pressure dispersion type anchor static load test,the statistical analysis model in anchor the yield load and yield load change results indicate that the multiple model in Anchorage work together,the mechanical property of the more stable,multi beam model of pressure dispersion type anchor stable mechanical properties,the structure is reliable.Finally,by way of this new type of pressure dispersion type anchorage cable engineering application research,analysis the specific reasons of the selection of this new pressure dispersion type anchorage cable strengthening engineering;by research of this new type of pressure dispersion type anchorage cable construction technology,summarize differences with traditional anchor construction technology in four aspects;engineering tunnel has been successfully completed,monitoring data shows that the new pressure dispersed anchor has withstood the practical wear test of tunnel blasting vibration.This new pressure dispersion type anchorage cable can meet the requirements of the reinforcement in the practical engineering.
