The fuel cell is an electrochemical generator with high efficiency and low pollution. It possesses several distinct advantages, such as environmental friendship, higher conversion efficiency and broad adaptive fuel. A solid oxide fuel cell (SOFC) is the third generation fuel cell, and all the components in SOFC are solid. So it has many advantages, such as no problem of corrosion and leakage, long life time quickly start-up and so on. It is imputed as the new green energy of the 21 century.The Subject main Research the Preparation of IT-SOFC for natural gas.and Characterize the Performance of anode of the different System.for get the more performance anode for natural gas in IT-SOFC。we have done the Following work.The article have Research the Preparation of Powder single cell for natural gas in IT-SOFC.the Powder of anode ,Cathode and Electrolyte was prepared from the sol-gel method. Anode-supported solid state fuel cells (SOFCs) based on composite anode NiO-La0.75Sr0.25Cr0.5Mn0.5O3-δ-Ce0.8Sm0.2O2-δwere fabricated by dry-pressing process。The composite cathode and electrolyte were consisting of La0.8Sr0.2Co0.8Fe0.2O3-δ(LSCF)-Ce0.8Gd0.2O2-δ(GDC) and Ce0.8Gd0.2O2-δ(GDC) respectively,and test the performance of Electrochemical,The chemical stability,microstructures and carbon deposition have been investivaged using XRD,SEM,EDX and TEM。The result show that the composited anode of NiO-La0.75Sr0.25Cr0.5Mn0.5O3-δ/Ce0.8Sm0.2O2-δand the Ce0.8Gd0.2O2-δhave the homeosemy coefficient of thermal expansion.there are esay friting.when humidified natural gas(3% H2O ) is used as fuel,the cell have better performance. The composite anode and composite cathode have the better pore microstructure, and the composite anode have good chemical compatibility。EDX measurements showed only a small carbon peaks。We have also tested the stability of the single cell at 600℃for 13h, The results showed that the composite anode exhibits high stability and unconspicuous degradation。Along with temperature rising, gradually ,open circuit voltage bring down,current density and power density rise. The result of performance tested showed that the maximum output current density and power density are 215.49mA/cm2 and 44.85mW/cm2 at 600℃respectively, some hydrone saturated hydrocarbon in natural gas converse to Macromolecules Olefin and Hydrocarbon acetylene during the cell charging。When Pure Methane(3% H2O ) and natural gas(3% H2O ) is used as fuel in composited anode of NiO-Ce0.8Fe0.2O2-δ。And the Ce0.8Gd0.2O2-δare used as electrolyte。The performance tested showed that the maximum output current density and power density are 258.2mA/cm2 and 51.31mW/cm2,208.2mA/cm2 and 43.12mW/cm2 at 600℃respectively, EDX measurements showed a huge carbon peaks ,it show that the carbon deposition happened on the anode and it Impact Seriously the performance of single cell。And test the performance of stability yet。Through improving making methodology and seal straight,the cell will have better performance。...
